
Cooking, Eating and Connecting as a Family
In the Kitchen is designed to help emerging adults, ages 18 to 25, with basic cooking skills, including knife safety, food safety, recipe reading, and simple cooking techniques.
This is a special grant-funded program, available only to income-eligible individuals. In-person classes are offered by Nutrition Education Facilitators. Contact your local Extension office to see if classes are available where you live and if you are eligible to participate.
