Cooking, Eating and Connecting as a Family

In the Kitchen is designed to help caregivers of children ages 12 and under with basic cooking skills, including knife safety, measuring basics, recipe reading, and simple cooking techniques.

This is a special grant-funded program, available only to income-eligible individuals. In-person classes are offered by Nutrition Education Facilitators. Contact your local Extension office to see if classes are available where you live and if you are eligible to participate.
