Ingredients

  • 3 cups 1% milk
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Rice Pudding

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook 35-45 minutes uncovered until mixture thickens, stirring often.


  • Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.


  • Serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
