Ingredients (Scaling)
- net weight ounces canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- fluid ounces water
- fluid ounces vinegar
- fluid ounces chili powder
- fluid ounces ground cumin
- fluid ounces reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- fluid ounces onion powder
- fluid ounces your favorite vegetable(s), sliced

Instructions

Place the beans, water, vinegar, chili powder, and cumin in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Remove from the blender and place in a bowl.

Stir in cheese and onion powder.
