Ingredients (Scaling)

  • net weight ounces canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • fluid ounces water
  • fluid ounces vinegar
  • fluid ounces chili powder
  • fluid ounces ground cumin
  • fluid ounces reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • fluid ounces onion powder
  • fluid ounces your favorite vegetable(s), sliced

Bean Dip

Instructions

  • Place the beans, water, vinegar, chili powder, and cumin in a blender. Blend until smooth.


  • Remove from the blender and place in a bowl.


  • Stir in cheese and onion powder.


  • Serve with vegetables.
