  • lime(s), juiced
  • fluid ounces rice vinegar

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, sweet onion, and cilantro.


  • Squeeze lime juice in to the bowl and mix.


  • Stir in rice vinegar to taste.


  • Season with salt.
