Slow Cooker Venison Steak

Ingredients (Scaling)
- fluid ounces all-purpose flour
- fluid ounces ground black pepper
- fluid ounces salt
- fluid ounces garlic powder
- net weight ounces round venison steak, cut into 8 equal steaks
- fluid ounces canola oil
- net weight ounces canned no salt added stewed tomatoes
- onion(s), sliced
- fluid ounces dried marjoram
- fluid ounces dried basil
- fluid ounces water
- low-sodium beef bouillon cube
Instructions

Combine flour, black pepper, salt, and garlic powder together in a mixing bowl. Coat steaks with the flour mixture.

Heat oil in skillet. Brown each side of the steak in hot oil, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Layer steak in slow cooker. Add tomatoes, onion, marjoram and basil.

Bring water to a boil. Combine boiling water and bouillon cube to make broth. Pour broth over steak. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
