Ingredients (Scaling)

  • fluid ounces leafy greens, washed and torn
  • fluid ounces your favorite vegetable(s)
  • fluid ounces low-fat dressing

Side Salad


  • Place greens in a mixing bowl and top with chopped vegetables. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to combine. NOTE: Add the dressing just before serving.
