These foods are full of salt, preservatives, hydrogenated oils, chemicals, and lots of sugar. Hamburgers, french fries, onion rings, sodas, and milkshakes may taste great, but they have lasting effects that can hurt our bodies in the long run!
Eating too many of these foods can keep us from running and playing with our friends because they make us feel tired, sluggish, and achy. They can give us some serious tummy troubles. It’s not always bad to have the occasional treat here and there, but choosing to eat fast food too often can be dangerous for our health.
The next time that you’re on the road and fast food is the only option, consider choosing salad or fresh fruit: these foods will give you energy, glowing skin, and a happy heart! These foods are also very digestible, or easy for your body to break down, which gives you energy. Not only are fresh foods good for you, but they’re also better for the environment.
