Ingredients (Scaling)

  • avocado(s), mashed
  • net weight ounces reduced fat feta cheese
  • whole grain bread slice(s), toasted
  • onion(s), thinly sliced
  • net weight ounces snow peas, thinly sliced
  • radish(es), thinly sliced

Radish and Avocado Toast

Instructions

  • Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Smash the avocado flesh and feta cheese into a creamy mixture. NOTE: You can squeeze the juice from 1 lime to the avocado for added flavor.


  • Spread the mixture onto the slices of toast.


  • Top with the onion, snow peas, and radishes.
