- net weight ounces reduced fat feta cheese
- whole grain bread slice(s), toasted
- onion(s), thinly sliced
- net weight ounces snow peas, thinly sliced
- radish(es), thinly sliced
Halve the avocado and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Smash the avocado flesh and feta cheese into a creamy mixture. NOTE: You can squeeze the juice from 1 lime to the avocado for added flavor.
Spread the mixture onto the slices of toast.
Top with the onion, snow peas, and radishes.
