- net weight ounces canned black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- tomato(es), diced
- net weight ounces lean cooked ham, chopped
- green onion(s), sliced
- fluid ounces red wine vinegar
- fluid ounces olive oil
- fluid ounces ground black pepper
Add black-eyed peas, tomatoes, ham, and green onion to a bowl. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix red wine vinegar, olive oil, and ground black pepper together to form dressing.
Drizzle dressing over black-eyed pea mixture. Toss gently.
