- Nonstick cooking spray
- 3 cups 1% milk
- 8 eggs
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ ground black pepper
- 10 ounces frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup chicken thighs, cooked and shredded
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- ¾ cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Heat oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Beat until well combined.
In the baking dish, add the egg mixture and gently stir all ingredients together.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top has browned. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
